Salem's power plant is due to be closed in a couple of years, much to the relief of the gardeners of Palmer Cove.
Meanwhile, ye olde latrines are lined up near the temporary eateries on the Common.

29 Aug 2012: Pedrick Storehouse and power plant
A preprandial stroll out on Derby Wharf yielded some snaps of the Pedrick Storehouse (it was moved to the wharf a couple years ago and still under (re)construction). While I was at it, I got a typical view of the power plant.
