Looks like the tree arrived (9 December 2015)

The flag of Nova Scotia flies at Boston City Hall, presumably in thanks for the Christmas tree Halifax sends every year (in memory of the aid Boston provided after the 1917 explosion).  The small size is perhaps a violation of flag etiquette, though.

Republic of China in Boston's Chinatown (25 Sep 2015)

In Boston's Chinatown, the Republic of China's flag reigns supreme.  The PRC gets the last word over on the Surface Road, however.
