Update: the biologist tells me "bloom" is the wrong term to use in regard to the kind of algae that's likely in question.

Perhaps this just counts as softcore storm pr0ns -- though there was a tornado in Revere earlier in the day.  These are just some post-storminess clouds that moved through Salem in the early evening.
